How It Works

Create an account

To use the system, you must have an account.

  • If you are a regular user or a referee, you can register normally using the Register button in the top right corner.
  • If you are supposed to be a team owner, you will receive a special invitation link.
👉 Important for team owners:
  • You have just used the invitation link – this will automatically assign you as the owner of the team.
  • Do not register another account using the standard Register button.

⚠️ If you have already registered without the link:
  • Proceed with the owner registration.
  • Contact support using the Contact us button at the bottom of the page.
  • We will then assist you in merging your two accounts.

Team access (Club / National Team)
a) Team owners

Team owners do not create teams manually.

  • You will receive an invitation link.
  • After registering through this link, you will automatically become the owner of your team.

As a team owner, you can:

  • Manage the team
  • Assign additional team managers
  • Accept or reject membership requests
  • Create managed users
  • Register team members for tournaments
  • Control whether members can register themselves
b) Join an existing team

Regular users can apply to join a team by the Apply to Join button on the team page.

Your request will be then approved by the team owner or a team manager.

Managing team members without an account (Managed Accounts)

Team owners can add players even if they don't yet have their own accounts.

  • You can create managed users on the bottom of the club page or in the Members tab of the club management page.
  • Managed users act as placeholders for players.
  • Later, they can be converted into full user accounts using the Edit button and then clicking Transfer.
⚠️ Important notice – duplicate accounts
  • If a managed user is created for a player and that player later registers independently, a duplicate profile may be created.
  • In this case, please contact support using the Contact us button at the bottom of the page.
  • We will assist you in merging the two accounts.

Tournament registration

Tournaments are created for a specific type of team:

  • Club tournaments
  • National Team tournaments

You can only participate as a player if you are a member of a matching team type.

Player registration

Depending on team settings:

  • If self-registration is enabled – players can register themselves.
  • If disabled – only managers can register players.
Manager registration

Managers can always:

  • Register themselves
  • Register any team members (including managed users)
Referee registration

Referees do not need to be part of a team.

To become a referee:

  • Register a normal account.
  • Go to the Referees section and submit an application with your referee details.
  • Wait for approval by a referee manager.

Once approved, you will be able to register for tournaments as a referee.

Supporter registration

Users can also be registered as supporters.

  • This usually applies to coaches or staff.
  • A fee may be required.
  • Supporters are allowed access to the playing area to support their team.
Role combinations

Depending on tournament settings, you may or may not be allowed to register as both a referee and a player or supporter at the same time.

European Championship

The European Championship is a National Team tournament.

  • Only members of National Teams can participate as players.
  • Referees should create their account by using the Register button in the top right corner, wait for approval and register for the tournament.
